I'm all for not sterilizing their environment (DC has eating a cheerio or 2 off the floor), but our carpets/floors stay significantly cleaner now that we don't wear shoes around the house. Our neighbors also fertilize their lawn and I don't won't those chemicals in my house - those little pellets have a way of drifting over.[/quote]
