The Map-P assessment is computerized. The assessment is read aloud to students and consists of multiple choice items that are adjusted in difficulty based on each student's response to test questions. The test can measure student academic growth over time, independent of grade level or age. MAP-P provides one data point used among many others to plan meaningful instruction for your child.

Since the purpose of this assessment is to measure your child's growth over time and we are piloting this assessment, the data for this school year is only being used for exploratory purposes.
