Don't get me wrong, he is a smart guy and was a hard worker back then.  BUT as with most people, wealth is much a matter of luck. If you don't believe me, try to count the number of repeat entrepreneurs in this world.  There aren't many repeat successes, except maybe the ones rich enough to buy their way to their second success.

We rich people (me too) are right to acknowledge our hard work.  And it is offensive to have that hard work dismissed.

But we need to show some humility.  There are lots of hard working, smart people who never get where we did, and it's not because of poor choices.  It is because of a bad starting point and lack of good luck.[/quote]
