He has absolutely no political experience. As much as Republicans gush about running government as a business, it doesn't work like that. CEOs say "jump" and everyone jumps. The President can say "jump", but iCongress may not allocate funds or the Supreme Court may say its unconstitutional. That reality is outside Cain's experience.
