[/quote] In general it isn't worth the cost difference if you have a good public option (e.g. UNC) or the net cost is no better than a good private. This is why UVA's OOS yield is actually quite low. The states that tend to send more tend to be the ones that have very expensive public schools, or not very well-regarded public options.[/quote]
