Honestly even 30 is lower than is ideal for fertility. I’d aim for above 40. If you can wait (maybe based on age, insurance coverage, and just how impatient), I would add vitamin D and wait 3 months. I know it’s hard to wait though. If you don’t mind potentially doing do egg retrievals you can go for it and see how it goes. [/quote]
