We were going to do a fresh transfer. The middle ground approach is good, although wouldn't low Vitamin D also affect egg quality?
I’d be concerned about vitamin d for egg quality for sure. Honestly even 30 is lower than is ideal for fertility. I’d aim for above 40. If you can wait (maybe based on age, insurance coverage, and just how impatient), I would add vitamin D and wait 3 months. I know it’s hard to wait though. If you don’t mind potentially doing do egg retrievals you can go for it and see how it goes.
