Target C9 brand is decent for the price. I look for quality brands on sale at REI often. Good rule of thumb is to pretend it's 20 warmer and dress for that for your run.
Yes, this. You’ll be fine in shorts/short sleeves for at least another 1-2 months. When it gets into the 40s, I’ll do tights plus single layer long sleeve top. I don’t break out the gloves/hat/thermal jacket until we hit low 30s. And I have a pair of fleece lined tights, but I only wear those when it’s in the 20s.
Ditto! Capri tights get me right through the 40s. Long tights for the 30s. I'll go in the upper 20s, but that's about it. I tend to run hot, so I rarely wear a hat, though sometimes I'll wear a fleece headband over my ears.
I'm the quoted PP. I also like tees and arm warmers. 1 - you get some air flow and 2- you can take them off if you get warm. Like a few of you, I wear capris into 40s and high 30s. I only go to 2 layers on top when it's in the 30s. I do get warm easily, but it does take a few minutes. Definitely get a fleece ear band and gloves (I have reynauds).
