Yes, this. You’ll be fine in shorts/short sleeves for at least another 1-2 months. When it gets into the 40s, I’ll do tights plus single layer long sleeve top. I don’t break out the gloves/hat/thermal jacket until we hit low 30s. And I have a pair of fleece lined tights, but I only wear those when it’s in the 20s.

Capri tights get me right through the 40s. Long tights for the 30s. I'll go in the upper 20s, but that's about it.
I tend to run hot, so I rarely wear a hat, though sometimes I'll wear a fleece headband over my ears.
