We figure we can always loosen these rules if things get better (especially if testing gets faster, in which case we might start getting tested periodically and basing socializing around that), but it would be very hard to make it work with our kids if we sometimes break these rules. Even the lake house thing was an ordeal to explain to our kids and honestly, in retrospect I'm not sure I'd do it again anytime soon because being in someone else's house was extremely stressful.[/quote]
