Agree on meh for office staff. I expected them to be more forthcoming with information on what they were looking for and doing, but always had to ask. One nurse I saw most of the time was nice, one time I had a different nurse who yelled at me for coming in so late in my cycle, even as I explained they were the ones not returning daily phone calls about when I should come in. I had decided then to switch clinics but ended up pregnant.

I did have two minor billing issues that came up when I went to give a co-pay. I said I didn’t want to pay it until I talked to billing. Your payment gets applied to a balance not a specific line item so it made it annoying to figure out charges. Ultimately I think they undercharged me on my final cycle. I don’t think it’s any worse that elsewhere and is just compounded by frequency of visits—insurance doesn’t process one cycle before the next one starts. Make sure you get a receipt for payment every time and mark on it yourself what it was for. [/quote]
