Immersion schools have all instruction in a foreign language (French or Spanish). There are also the partial immeraion programs at Chavez (Spanish) and Paintbranch (Mandarin). I would expect that would be extremely difficult for parents who are not somewhat fluent in those languages. My daughter is in a TAG middle school and we don't want to lose our spot so we are sticking with DL. If my kid was a rising K student into French Immersion I would probably give up the seat and go toy neighborhood school.[/quote]
