[/quote] Different body types, bone density, and body composition. I doubt you have a "medium" build if you're 5'7 and 120 and don't look too thin. You probably have small bones, or a narrow-set frame, low bone density, or maybe you're Asian. There is an objectively healthy range of body weights within CDC BMI guidelines, but within those different body types look and feel healthier at different weights within that range. [/quote]
