According to Dr. Salmon on June 10  per the MSDE website:
"School systems will now able to bring small groups of students and staff into school buildings for summer school programming. After consultation with leading public health experts, that would mean having between 10-15 individuals maximum at a time in rooms within school buildings."

It sounds like the State has OKed opening school buildings but MCPS has not?  But MCPS's message mentions the State as if to say it's not under their control?  I am sure there is more to this story but I am getting the distinct impression MCPS is not being totally honest.
