While thinking "you're an absolute moron" I approached the car and found the driver slumped over.  He had gone into cardiac arrest and likely wasn't feeling well which was why he was driving so slow.  I called 911 while pulling him out of the car.  At the time, I was an ED nurse.  Performed CPR and brought him back by the time the ambulance arrived.   I met him later on and he made a full recovery.  It took the ambulance 15 min to get there.
