[/quote] The BWC footage shows that the man had just agreed to get into the ambulance when the second officer arrived and immediately tased him. If I understand the press release correctly, the first officer was also suspended. That is unfortunate as he seems to have been doing a good job to deescalate. But the second officer's behavior was absolutely barbaric. [/quote]
