Expectations are high for those 15s in our agency. Not in terms of quality, which isn’t a problem, but in terms of workload. I’m a non sup 14, and I feel comfortable pushing back once once in a while in a way I wouldn’t as a 15 with a job I know everyone wants. I’ve not applied for a 15 because of that. If your agency is staffed better, it might be fine. A non supervisory 15 is definitely better than a supervisory 15. [/quote]
