I will never understand how people think that just because a kid has played on a team for years, he should stay there. Why? The best kids should be on the top team. There is no loyalty? are you saying that teams should be based on the coach's favorites? the most tenured kids? Makes no sense.[/quote]

I don't have a kid in this age group and I have no problem with coaches recruiting a player or two to improve the roster at certain positions  and moving down a couple of under performing players, but when you bring the whole team from outside the club and send down 10 player from your top team, that's pretty much an indictment on your ability to develop players.  I hope they are bringing the new coach too along with the new players. [/quote]

It happens all the time. In a year no one will remember what happen only that they win. It stupid but it’s travel soccer.  Most parents in the u littles have no clue what goes on and think winning u16  = great program. [/quote]
