I don't have a kid in this age group and I have no problem with coaches recruiting a player or two to improve the roster at certain positions and moving down a couple of under performing players, but when you bring the whole team from outside the club and send down 10 player from your top team, that's pretty much an indictment on your ability to develop players. I hope they are bringing the new coach too along with the new players.

I would expect this for competitive teams in leagues that want to be competitive. There is no tenure in sports, especially youth sports. The other way of looking at this is that those BSC kids gave those long time McLean players the ability to play at McLean on the first team while at BSC South.
How is McLean evaluating the BSC South kids without tryouts?

I would expect this for competitive teams in leagues that want to be competitive. There is no tenure in sports, especially youth sports. The other way of looking at this is that those BSC kids gave those long time McLean players the ability to play at McLean on the first team while at BSC South.
