Zappos is a great way to order a bunch of pairs so you can try different sizes and styles. As long as you can find a place open now to drop off the UPS box, it’s free to return them. You just print the UPS label and drop off the box at a UPS outlet or some place that will accept their packages. [/quote]

It's the best! You can read the reviews, get a sense of how different shoes fit, and order a couple of sizes to try. And when you find a pair you like, you can wear them around the house for a few days to be sure they really are comfortable.

I've never had a problem sending the rejects back for a refund, and I've ordered as many as 6 or 8 pairs at a time. It's kind of a pain to haul the boxes to the UPS store, but it's still better than dragging a cranky kid all over town trying to find shoes they don't hate.
