It can't hurt to ask, especially if you're stressing out about. I only had one embryo fertilize with my last medicated cycle, and was absolutely terrified it wasn't going to make it to the day 3 transfer. I wish I'd call the day before to ask, although I'm not sure they could have told me anything if the PP is right that said they don't like to expose them to light. FWIW, I've done three IVF cycles and one FET, and all of the embryos have made it to transfer once we got them fertilized.[/quote]
