I wouldn't go to urgent care for a fever that comes down with motrin even in normal times, but definitely not now. I wouldn't want to expose anyone else or be exposed. If I call the ped at night I just get the nurse advice line, which I have not once found useful. That's my least favorite thing about our ped practice. I did call my doctor aunt though, who recommended Motrin and fluids. [/quote]
