My kids are older so I'm looking at this from the perspective of a high school student. Do you think the county will be able to offer online instruction? Should I pull my high school junior out of public school and put him in some sort of online homeschool program? Can anyone recommend an online high school program?

Junior year is so hard and so important. My kid is in the SciTech program at Roosevelt and doing well. He has high hopes for college. I want to do what I can to help him keep going. But he would be so sad to leave Roosevelt. I really hope they can make online instruction happen. My son says he does have classmates in the SciTech program who don't have a computer at home. And a larger percentage of ERHS kids who are not in the SciTec program lack computer/internet at home. What can we do? [/quote]
