[/quote] Honestly, seeing how quickly this can take people down, if you start to get sick I think you should set up a set recurring text check-in with someone (relative, friend, etc.) so they know if they don't hear from you at 9am and 8pm they come check on you and your kids. My nightmare scenario is something happening to kids because we were unconscious and no one knew. And obviously kids should know how to call 911. [/quote]
