It will probably come up in October. So you will have the Trump Administration arguing to eliminate the ACA and with it coverage for pre-existing conditions. Against that you will have either Sanders arguing for Medicare for All without being able to keep the House or take the Senate, or you will have Biden arguing to keep the ACA and protect people with pre-existing conditions, and he will have a better chance of helping Democrats keep the House and flip Senate seats. Based on the 2018 midterm results, I’d say Biden’s argument will be stronger than Bernie’s.[/quote]
