They can include IZ units B. They draw affluent folks from older buildings, reducing demand for older buildings. C. They will eventually age and become cheaper D. They pay taxes which help fund the govt AH 2. Building more units closer to jobs and to transit is the best thing localities can do for the climate. [/quote]
