No one said anything about stepping out into the crosswalk with eyes glued to phone. And even if a pedestrian is looking at his phone you still need to stop. You know this, there are signs that say that mark pedestrians crossings and they occur at regular intervals at the end of the intersection. You can use your brain, I know you can!! [/quote]
