The incident with the Harvard Professor just brought additional scrutiny that has brought billions more of contributions to the colleges themselves to light. There is a longstanding law that requires that such contributions be reported to the Department of Education, but it hasn't been enforced and the colleges have been basically ignoring it. [/quote]
