I haven't yet tried another IVF cycle since starting the vitamins and supplements but my better numbers make me hopeful that something good is going on with my eggs.

Also, I made my husband do the vitamin and supplement regimen too and he just got his tests re-done.  Two years ago he had slightly low count, high morphology and severe viscosity and now all his tests are normal.

It's not fun taking all the vitamins and supplements (I now have a pill container like old people have so I can keep it all straight!), but it seems to be working...fingers crossed.[/quote]
