It can indeed be hot but the players (who are coaches for most age groups) make sure the kids have appropriate breaks, water, etc. If your son is good, make sure it is the ID camp, not regular summer camp. I would have him board there at that age. It is easier to bond with the other players, almost all of whom board. It’s fun and competitive for the kids. The evaluations are detailed and have been accurate in my view, with very constructive criticism. [/quote]
