[/quote] All other presents are from us or the people that give them - grandma, aunt, etc. The kids know we spend our hard earned money on gifts and decide if they are deserving based in their behavior and how they treat their current toys. Santa in our house has unconditional love and always brings the 1 gift. We don’t use naughty or nice as a threat. If the kids miss out on something because of their actions, I take responsibility and credit for that too. [/quote]
