A lot of the bigger places have separate toddler areas Flight Trampoline Park in Springfield Scramble in Alexandria Jolly Yolly (or Yolly Jolly) - the new place in Fairfax Or you could rent out a small place like Jumping Joey's
These places are too old for a 10 year old. Why are you inviting 10 year olds to a 3 year old's party? I have a new 9 year old, and he wouldn't want to go to a 3 year old party unless it was a sibling, and then he would be a helper, not playing. Badlands is a good idea. He could tolerate that place if there were a lot of older kids there. Can you just do a separate party with just the 3 year old's friends?
