Parents need to be realistic about just how good DS is at lax if he hopes to play at GZ. Last year, according to Maxpreps.com they were ranked 17th in the nation and that was a pretty average year for them. PVI was 130th ranked. Still pretty good but just not quite the same level. Unless your kid is playing very high level club lax in middle school the chances are quite low that he will be at the level to play any meaningful minutes at GZ if he even makes the team (or schools like Prep, Landon and Bullis). They are all nationally ranked powerhouses at that sport.[/quote]
