Considering that in theory DA starts at U13, 6 years is the maximum amount of time DA can invest to develop a talented 12 year old player into an 18 year old player who is ready to break into a good professional club. I also think that a good academy could develop a talented 14-15 year old into a professional player with proper training. We have 6 to 9 years of DA graduates to consider. [/quote]
