- hires and manages coaches who exhibit the qualities listed
- develops and enforces a standard of conduct for coaches, parents, and players
- charges coaches with the responsibility for enforcing the code of conduct uniformly
- charges coaches with the responsibility to communicate effectively with parents
- conducts regular evaluations of coaches including bottoms up reviews
- has an open door policy with regard to issues[/quote]
