They have so many teams per age group in the younger years and kids on lower teams play multiple sports and decide they don’t like soccer anymore or get burned out doing 90 minutes practices 3x per week and traveling for games every weekend and just want to be a kid in elementary school. They need to be able to field teams and collect checks when they start dropping like flies.[/quote]
