Thanks to the PPs above. I am not seeing an endo outside of my RE but I might consider it. I find most tricky that I have to take estrogen during my FET which is exactly what increases TSH but after the transfer and after stopping estrogen it seems to come down so I want to find the right dosage for during the live treatment phase.
I'm the PP with Hashimoto's. My levels were also affected by the estrogen. My endocrinologist actually requested that I ask my RE to draw blood and check TSH at every blood draw during my FET cycle. I was with SGF, so I had the nurse post those results to their portal, and I would download and forward on to my endocrinologist. I assume you know that, if you get pregnant, that alone can cause your TSH level to climb. If I remember correctly, I think my RE ran TSH bloodwork 3 times during my FET cycle. Is your RE the one who prescribed synthroid, or is that handled by your PCP?
Thanks again. My RE prescribed the synthroid to me and i wish he had ordered TSH for each blood draw. If I may ask by how much did you increase your dosage during your FET and after getting pregnant?
