It depends on the kid, but if I had to choose I’d probably go with the swing since it can be a lifesaver for a baby who won’t nap. We have both and different kids have liked one vs the other. My 4 month old adores the bouncer for playing (he spends 20+ minutes in there at a time just bouncing and kicking) and has also taken a lot of naps in the swing. My others didn’t love the bouncer.
