The living room is between the dining and kitchen, mostly because I don't use the dining room that frequently and the middle space is MUCH larger (I don't need a table to seat 25), so I'd rather have more living space. However, I don't think there is anything going into either space that would force a future owner to use them in that way (i.e. no chandelier over the table) so if someone else wants to flip them, they can.[/quote]
