If you shop online with Old Navy, you can get XXL girls' sizes that might work for her. Kohl's is often good for that grey area between girls' and juniors' sizes, although mine sometimes had a hard time finding anything simple enough for her taste. She thought Land's End tended to be a bit cutesy, but we did get some simple skirts and slim pants there when she was in that odd size range.

PP here: just to note that she was average height and weight, just edging toward puberty so the weight was starting to distribute itself differently. If we sized down one from her usual, and bought the plus, sometimes the clothes fit better overall than just sizing up would. [/quote]
