Did he continue to pay for any bills for the child - health insurance, clothes, phone, sports fees, SAT registration fees, college app fees? Or did the guardian pay or did the student work for that stuff? You can get disbarred for unethical behavior, not just illegal behavior. I totally agree he should lose his license to practice law and should be shunned wherever he goes. [/quote]
