The truth is that if a Dem said anything close to as nasty as that about some rural place in Kentucky, the right wing would be outraged the elitism and lack of compassion. Heck, we hear that sort of thing when some anon rando here says some elitist thing about those places. In this case its the President of the USA dunking on an American city.[/quote]
