What about: KIPP, Shining Stars Montessori, E.L. Haynes Public Charter, Democracy Prep Congress Heights Brent Elementary, Langley Elementary, Watkins Elementary, Van Ness Elementary, Capitol Hill Montessori at Logan, Houston Elementary, Payne Elementary, and Miner Elementary School? They are out at Watkins being replaced by Flex Academy

Flex Academy isn't really an afterschool provider. They provide enrichment activities and clubs but they don't manage the day-to-day operations of running an afterschool program. Often Flex Academy and an afterschool provider work together at a school.
This will be Flex's first year as aftercare vendor at Watkins and Langley. They approached with a proposal that made them more attractive than Springboard and that is why those schools were already canning Springboard when the news broke.
