[/quote] At 16 lbs this seems really weird. Is she very short and chubby? You'll eventually need a convertible seat anyhow. So if you aren't doing much carrying her around in your infant seat, you could make the switch now. Or at least try it out. My babies were both really big, and granted I used a different seat, but the main thing that became an issue was HEIGHT waaay before width or weight.[/quote]
