I've found the following, but the reviews are kind of mixed for all of them:

GB Pockit ($150)
The Pockit sounds good but is apparently not that sturdy and the canopy is basically non-existent.

Babyzen Yoyo ($499)
The Yoyo has the best reviews but also some complaints about handling, and it's pricey.

Uppababy Minu ($399)
The Minu seems good but doesn't fold as small as the others and is also fairly pricey.

Metro by Ergo Baby ($299)
The Metro sounds great, but is apparently not that easy to fold and the recline strap seems to loosen by itself as the child sits in it (seems like a deal breaker); some people complain about the handling as well.

I'm wondering if anyone can comment on any of the above (or even compare them), from the perspective of a typical DC dweller who walks a lot in the city and probably takes at least a few trips a year.
