What can I say?[/quote] Just say he wasn't selected for the A team, happens all the time. It sucks, but if you say anything else everyone will know something is up, plus they will find out anyway. We're in a similar boat; our DC won't move up next year when most of the team will (roster size increases next year), and we already had a game (and will have a few more) and had to deal with it. But it's only youth soccer, after all. The tougher discussion is the one with your son - he's going to find out eventually, I'd think it would be better to come from you. [/quote]
