I had my car stolen within the last two years and had a distinctive license plate border around the license plate. The inexplicably hilariously dumb twist, the thief removed the license plate but the license plate border was still on the plate when the vehicle was recovered. Never could figure out why the thief would be so ridiculous as to unscrew the border, remove the license plate, and then screw the very distinctive license plate border back onto the car! WHAT?!?[/quote]
