Yeah , but have also heard less positive side effects there. 
I'd like to see the city enforced the current highly relaxed.rules before relaxing further. And no to smoking, cigarette or other,  in public housing. Children have to breathe that air.[/quote]

I would have more faith in moving further to city control of this "industry" if they qcknowledged unintended consequences occurring now, and responded to them. That would prove to me they could handle those that might occur later.. If they cant enforce people smoking privately and ticket those smoking publicly (as the referendum was written) how can they really be in charge of anything more?
