Thanks.[/quote] DC took REI bike riding class (was very useful) and at least the instructor we had was not a REI employee but an individual contractor with them who was cerified as cycling something instructor (whatever the organization certifies them). He said that he does private sessions as well - and he will come to you (but it will obviously cost more than being in a group REI class). You might ask your REI bike people for the contact info of their instructors and contact them directly.[/quote]
