There are not that many motorcycles here anyway.[/quote] its not legal, but the cops can't ever catch them doing it. not do i think that cops care. the biggest issue with lane splitting, isnt the fact that they do it. its the fact that its not being done safely. the speed differential between a the lane splitter and regular traffic should only be 10mph. and no lane splitting above 35. are the CA recommendation. but around here. it really is the wild west since no one is enforcing...[/quote]
